Terms of Service
Last updated: January 15, 20261. Service Overview
Welcome to AnyInt ("AnyInt", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and AnyInt regarding your access to and use of our websites, dashboards, APIs, SDKs, and related services. By clicking "I agree" or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AnyInt provides a unified AI gateway that aggregates multiple models behind an OpenAI-style API with smart routing, metering, and billing, and an opt-in provider program ("BYOK / Share Idle Compute") that allows providers to supply upstream idle compute resources in encrypted form for orchestrated execution and verifiable rewards.
We may add, modify, or remove models, routes, and features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts & Security
Some features require registration or wallet connection and generation of a user-side API key. You are responsible for keeping your account, wallet, and credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Prepaid Usage. You may add funds to your account balance to call models. Fees are based on model, region, and usage. We may use third-party processors for fiat and stablecoin payments.
Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and legal obligations. We may change prices or fee structures with notice through the dashboard or an in-product message. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Balances, credits, and subscription benefits are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, or legal tender. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless applicable law expressly requires it.
- Crypto payments are non-refundable.
- Fiat and credit-card payments are refundable only where required by applicable law.
5. User Content (Inputs/Outputs)
Definitions. "Input" means prompts, data, files, or images you submit. "Output" means responses generated by or through the Service. Together, they are "User Content."
Ownership & Model Terms. You retain applicable rights in your Inputs. Rights in Outputs may depend on the upstream model or provider's terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
Logging & Training. By default, we retain only what is necessary for routing, billing, safety, and audit. Some upstream models may store or use Inputs and Outputs under their policies; evaluate the sensitivity of data you send.
License to Operate the Service. You grant AnyInt a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and transmit User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service, ensure security and compliance, and perform billing and audit.
6. BYOK / Share Idle Compute (Provider)
Encryption. Provider keys are stored only in encrypted form and decrypted only within authorized execution components for fulfilling requests.
Scheduling & Availability. We may route or limit traffic for latency, availability, risk, or compliance. No minimum demand or revenue is guaranteed.
Rewards & Verification. Payouts may rely on off-chain metering with cryptographic proofs or published summaries. We may adjust rules and rates, and withhold or claw back rewards in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
You represent that you are authorized to contribute each upstream credential and that doing so complies with the upstream provider's terms and all applicable laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to violate laws or third-party model terms; bypass quotas or limits; scrape or reverse engineer the Service; distribute malware; engage in fraud or impersonation; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or assist others in doing so. We may block or remove content, requests, or accounts at our discretion.
8. Changes, Suspension, Termination
You may close your account at any time; outstanding fees remain payable. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access and may not refund fees or balance unless required by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service at any time.
9. Privacy & Additional Terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. Additional feature-specific terms, if any, also apply.
10. IP Ownership
The Service, including its interfaces, design, compilations, code, documentation, and data, is owned by AnyInt or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives of the Service or materials.
11. Feedback
You grant AnyInt a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and commercialize feedback without restriction.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold AnyInt and its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Disclaimers
The Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free or uninterrupted operation. You assume all risk for use of the Service and Outputs.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyInt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. AnyInt's aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid AnyInt in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or USD $100. Where a jurisdiction does not allow these limitations, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if AnyInt was advised that such damages were possible.
15. Governing Law & Venue (No Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and AnyInt agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York for disputes arising from these Terms.
16. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated documents constitute the entire agreement. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Section headings are for convenience only. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
