Scope

• Illegal, harmful, misleading, or otherwise rule-violating content.
• Improper account names, profiles, organization details, API names, API descriptions, or support-ticket content.
• Unauthorized use, API abuse, abnormal bulk calls, leaked API keys, or suspected attacks.
• Trademark, copyright, likeness, trade-secret, or other infringement complaints.
• Security vulnerabilities, abnormal billing, or account-risk feedback related to AnyInt domestic sites.

Handling

上海宏诺伊曼科技有限公司 will register, review, and handle reports within a reasonable period. Where an issue is verified, the platform may take necessary measures including removal, blocking, delisting, account restriction, API key suspension, API-call restriction, or service termination.

Security Assessment and Reporting

If domestic site operations add functions with public-opinion or social-mobilization attributes, or material changes are triggered by new technology, significant user growth, harmful information spread, or authority notices, the platform will conduct the required security assessments and reporting.

Lawful Assistance

The platform will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities under applicable laws and retain necessary handling records.
