Use your original sign-in method to access your existing account. Recovery preserves its balance, API keys and organization memberships.

If you previously signed in with a crypto wallet, choose Web3 wallet, connect the same wallet and sign the login message. If you are asked to create a new account, contact support below first.

Unable to sign in, or missing your existing assets?

Contact support with your original sign-in method and account identifier. If you created another account, mention that too; we will verify ownership before linking or merging accounts. Do not send passwords, full API keys or wallet recovery phrases.
